Abstract

|
Study on the Lipase Activity Determination method for Multi-Enzyme Digestives.
In order to develop the determination method of Jipase activity on multi-enzyme digestives the method allkalimetry and Spectrophotometry by means of pnitrophenol are appied in this paper. The enzymes studied are Pancreatin (Digestive Enzme Ⅱ), Digestive Enzyme Ⅰfrom Aspergillus oryzae.
According to the resutls, the following could be summerized;
1. Optimum pH were 7.0 or 8.0
2. The excess amount of substrate was required at this method.
3. There was no interfering effect on the other components of the digestives usually prescribed, except NaHCO_(2) and propantheline bromide.
4. The consistency of this methods was excellent when these method were applied to the test preparations.
